Berwick Town Council Meetings
All meetings are open to the press and public, who may occasionally be excluded if an item of a personal or confidential nature is being discussed. At every Council And Committee meeting, a period is set aside at the beginning, called the 'open session', when the public can ask questions or make statements; this is for a period of 15 minutes overall and is limited to 3 minutes per person. The public must not take part at any other time.
