Edinburgh and Newcastle are the nearest airports and both cities have stations on the main east coast line as does Berwick.

Berwick-upon-Tweed is approximately 65 miles north of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and approximately 55-60 miles south of Edinburgh and the is clearly signposted from the A1.
